Terms of Service
Agreement
By creating an account or using Anting, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Anting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
Anting provides tools to author, version, govern, and serve reusable AI skills (Ants) to connected chatbots via MCP and related APIs. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace admins are responsible for inviting members, configuring access, and complying with applicable employment and data-protection obligations for their organisation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or tenancy controls, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, scrape at abusive rates, or use Anting to violate law or third-party rights (including uploading unlawful or infringing content).
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. Model API keys you provide remain your credentials; we store them in a vault for orchestrated runs you initiate.
Third-party services
Chatbots, model providers, and other integrations you connect are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services’ behaviour or availability.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for non-payment.
Disclaimer and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR GBP £100 IF GREATER AND NO FEES WERE PAID), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Termination
You may stop using Anting and delete your account via Settings → Privacy & data (subject to workspace admin constraints). We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to the service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
